JAMES CECIL

Prior to joining Socko Strategies in 2023, James worked at the National Republican Senatorial Committee during the 2022 cycle. She took over the role of Southeast Regional Finance Director after originally joining the committee as the deputy regional for the Midwest, West, and Tri-state regions. She transitioned to the Committee after working as a Finance Associate for a fundraising consulting firm.

James is from Wheaton, IL, is a graduate of Butler University, and currently lives in Washington, DC.
